At Shannon's Hair Design, we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. We understand that sometimes things come up that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointments. However, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, to respect our stylist's time. If you fail to do so, you will be required to pay half the cost of the service.
If you are uncertain about anything, please feel free to give us a call. We will always do our best to be understanding of extenuating circumstances, but if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your service.
